I was always on call and prepared for executive video shoots. Arriving in the studio 2-3 hours ahead of their shoot time; editing scripts from marketing and loading them onto the teleprompter; setting cameras; lights; moving furniture on set; and most importantly keeping the energy warm and calm for the crew and the talent. I often directed the talent from the control room and ran the teleprompter. I did hair and makeup, and ensured everything ran efficiently, so the exec was out of the studio on time.
